Die Weihnachtszeit ist um. Das erste Mal haben wir mit zwei Kindern gefeiert. In zwei Ländern: Deutschland und Belarus. Alles gab es doppelt: Bescherung, Tannenbaum und Festessen. Die Geschenke haben Nikolaus in Bonn und sein weißrussischer Kollege Väterchen Frost in Minsk gebracht. Ganz nach dem Lieblings-Motto des Ältesten: Warum „entweder … oder“, wenn man beides haben kann.
Wir haben Stiefel für Nikolaus gebastelt und einen Schneemann gebaut, einen Brief an Christkind geschrieben und dem Väterchen Frost ein Gedicht aufgesagt, auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt und in der ostweißrussischen Residenz des Weihnachtsmanns getanzt… Mehr Integration und Multikulti geht nicht, oder? Danke, Kinder!
Kurz nach der Rückkehr aus Belarus nach Deutschland sagt der Vierjährige: „Jetzt müssen wir wieder einen Tannenbaum schmücken. Denn es gibt bald wieder Geschenke!“ Hm, warum das denn? „Am 14.
